Francis Appiah is a finance and accounting professional with a solid background in financial management, budgeting, and administrative systems. He holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from KNUST and has experience working across corporate and nonprofit settings, including his current role as a General Ledger Accountant at World Vision.

Francis has previously served in key accounting roles at Spanner Bearing Ltd and HMD Ghana Ltd, where he strengthened his expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. Beyond his technical skills, he has demonstrated strong leadership as a former President of the Ghana International Model United Nations and a leader within the YALI Alumni Association.

At JOYA Foundation, Francis provides strategic financial oversight and ensures transparency, accountability, and effective administrative operations across all programs and initiatives.
